NEWEA Members need a code to access the member rate. This information has been sent via email. RICWA Members may register at the member rate. Use code MEMBER24. Memberships will be verified – memberships not current will be charged the non member rate.

Health & Safety Policy:
NEWEA’s main priority is the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff. NEWEA will adhere to all official government and local authority guidance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. We will continue to monitor the evolving situation related to COVID-19 and all other epidemics, pandemics, and other public health situations and will update our strategy as outlined in our full guidelines.
Cancellations: Request for cancellation/refund must be submitted IN WRITING prior to the event. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellation/refund requests received prior to May 3rd. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after May 3, 2024. Due to Association agreements and guarantees, fees are forfeited if you are not able to attend the Conference.
